The unpredictable challenge to this system was in need of a proper solution that keeps children always motivated in the learning route. Thus e-learning introduced by us in our school has helped teachers to take live classes and even record them to share with students for doubt clarification. However, it is also a challenge for teachers to find a successful way of teaching. Teachers have now developed a successful network connection at home, and they are managing very efficiently to use digital infrastructure.

 

How have E-learning made parents stress-free?

 

Poverty could be the major reason why parents decided to drop out of their kids. But as soon as we helped students to continue with their education, through our application, parents have now become stress free. Students have now gained a good infrastructure through good network availability.

 

School Cash Flow - With this wrong time, most of the educational institutes have surely faced the major cash flow during the lockdown. At our school, we have been operating with a monthly fee structure for our teachers. There could be no other better income than teaching someone online sitting at home comfortably. Hence our school has helped teachers to generate good profit from sitting at home. No doubt, there is some impact on the previous savings, but there is no expenditure on the travel. However, we have managed a bit to work with online classes, and thus there is no chance we will face future problems ahead.

 

Moreover, the government is still not sure about the education plan for future considerations. If students have an idea of the plans, they could help owners move further with a better practice. Though COVID-19 had a hard impact, we will still never move back to face future time bravely. For that, we have been introducing new learning platforms and able to reach students.
